Memphis Roller Derby Travel Teams
MRD features two travel teams: The A-Tracks and B-Sides. The A-Tracks, a nationally ranked team, competes in WFTDA's South Region, proudly representing Memphis. The B-Sides constitute our competitive B-level team, actively pursuing recognition as a ranked opponent in the Southern Region.
The Ghost River Ghouls, est. 2023, stand as formidable contenders in the renaissance of MRD's home teams. Infused with an eerie charm and a haunting mystique, The Ghouls set out to weave a legacy of their own, driven by a determination to outshine their adversaries, The Memphis Minions, at every twist and turn on the roller derby track.
The Memphis Minions, est. 2023, play a pivotal role in the revival of MRD's home teams. Fueled by an insatiable appetite for mischief and mayhem, The Minions embody the spirit of pure enjoyment while aiming to conquer their rivals, the Ghost River Ghouls, every opportunity they encounter.
