They say an arsonist always returns to the scene of their crime. So it was with Kel Diabla, a beautiful spitfire fond of feeling the burn. While watching her masterpiece – a sizzling, shiny five-alarm fire in an old skating rink – and the hunky firemen putting out the flames, Diabla was detained by law enforcement and charged with arson.

It didn't take much convincing to get her to join the Legion of Zoom – just the promise of a flame-thrower and an endless supply of matches. She doesn't care if she lights fires for the good guys or the bad guys; she just wants to burn, baby, burn.
