Memphis Roller Derby is made up of mothers, daughters, wives, and sisters.  These women cover the span of occupations in their life outside of derby, from students to homemakers, artists to medical professionals. These women work just as hard in their real lives as they do playing roller derby. There is no questioning their love of the sport; they love it so much, they pay league dues every month for the pleasure of playing. Their dues and money you spend at MRD bouts are what allows the league to keep going. So what else can you do to help these amazing women continue to do what they love? You can donate. Your money will go to help pay rental for their venue, purchase supplies, and help with travel expenses for the travel team. With your help, Memphis Roller Derby can continue to grow and become even better than it already is. Be a badass, donate!

Hey, fans –

Now you can support Memphis Roller Derby by just shopping at your local Schnucks! By enrolling in the eScrip program, Schnucks will donate back a portion of each of your purchases to MRD.  Here are the four easy steps to help out your favorite roller derby team every time you shop:

1. Pick up a Schnucks card at your local Schnucks.

2. Register your Schnucks card online (http://www.escrip.com/merchants/identity/schnucks/customer.jsp).

3. While registering your card, search the available groups and select Memphis Roller Derby. You can search for us by name, by city/state, or by our eScrip Group ID (500023937). 

4. Bring your Schnucks card and have it scanned in when making any purchase. (It works with any payment method!)

That's all it takes! Every time you have your card scanned during checkout, 2% of your total purchase will go to MRD. You can even add your Schnucks card to your keychain so you’re never without it at the register!

And the best part? It costs absolutely nothing to participate! And since there’s no limit to how many people can enroll, EVERYONE can get in on the action. Go ahead and invite your parents, siblings, cousins, friends, and coworkers to help out the lovely ladies of Memphis Roller Derby - we need all the support we can get!
